I’m first year business management student and im thinking of going towards entrepreneurship. My dad owns a business back in my home country and soon or later he has to sell the company. I can probably use that money as a start to my business. But i just want to know if you become an entrepreneur do you always have to work for yourself? are/is there a job for entrepreneurs that dont want to start their own business? like helping someone else open up a business or giving advice to people like any other job than being your own manager? i have always loved to have my own business or even a coffee shop and i have always dreamed of being my own boss. But i just want to know if there is any other job opportunities than just being your own bus and having your own business?

it’s supposed to be a name for this new youth site where teens get to browse jobs, internships and opportunities speicifically for teens and young adults. It’s basically an entrepreneur site where they get to discuss new ideas, upload resumes, and swap business cards.

It’s very youth oriented.

I was thinking there are so many new huge companies doesn’t there have to be a limit somewhere? But then I THOUGH THE WORLD IS ALWAYS CHANGING so there is always new opportunity like EBAY. The world changed when the net came out and Ebay wasn’t possible in 1970 obviously. Introduction:

Rural products of India are unique, innovative and have good utility and values. Large number of these rural products (like handicraft items, food products, embroidery, clothes & other products) sustains a significant segment of the population in the rural areas. Several attributes of rural products can be identified, for which, it has a demand in the market. Out of the lots, ‘ethnic origin’ and ‘indigenous design & appearance’ are two traits of rural products, attracting a premium in the market.

Products in local use are also not marketed horizontally; they often first travel down to market through a long chain of intermediaries and then up to more difficult locations in the rural areas. In the process, the people in rural areas suffer from both low prices as producers and high prices as consumers. In this conflict, rural products loss its equilibrium and the supply side becomes exponentially high. Because of this hazard, rural entrepreneurs face acute economic loss and rural markets become stagnant

i’m having a really hard tie finding good, solid research on two proposed bills for speech and debate. they are:
A Bill to Revolutionize the Fuel Industry
Article I: This bill will allow water to be used instead of gasoline to power vehicles.
Article II: A. A new engine will be implemented in vehicles to allow water to power these vehicles via hydrogen.
B. It will convert water into hydrogen via electrolysis, and the hydrogen will be combusted in the combustion chamber of the engine, providing an incredibly powerful fuel source for vehicles.
C. This will allow less oil to be used, thereby preserving our natural resources.
Article III: The provisions of this bill shall take effect January 1 of 2011.
Article IV: The Department of Transportation shall be responsible for enforcing the provisions of this bill. All companies that do not comply will have a 45% tariff placed on their products being sold in the United States.
Article V: All laws or portions of laws in conflict with this bill shall be null and void.

the trouble with this is that there really isnt any negation to it. the opposition has nothing to use against the bill.

Hi,

Im considering to study finance and banking in switzerland, but my main concern is, what would i get for it in return ? As in what kind of a job or what opportunities would i have ?

Or, should i instead focus on my Online marketing business as an entrepreneur, since its doing relatively well. And i should be able to use that experience alot better in the future to open doors into the Investment and Banking world ?

I am taking a speech class in college, we have to interview someone on the career we want to persue. So I am going to interview my dad who owns a business, and just receintly sold his other business.

Several times opportunities knock on ur door…& u ignore it saying “nah! thats not my calling”… Later when u look back, sometimes u regret on some of the decisions u made (should-have-done types) & slowly life starts looking full of regrets.
You start asking for ur purpose in life. “What are we living for? Am i born just to die some day? what good i’ve done to others? what positive change have i brought in life of people around me?
when i reach 60 & look back & ask myself what i’ve given to this world i don’t want to regret on my being..i don’t want to be a liability on this planet.
How to grow big enough that u give stable support to everyone around u & when life starts looking satitingly filled with joy & satisfaction?
Earlier i used to say “i want to be an entrepreneur, …that can bring a little change in this world, yes thats my calling in life”…but now when i m realizing my capabalities, reality look too from dreams…i m ready to risk but dont find myself capable for.
