Is it “provides them the opportunity” or “provide them with the opportunity”?
The sentence is:
“This is a program that provides budding entrepreneurs the opportunity to explore our world of media.”
Should it be:
“”This is a program that provides budding entrepreneurs with the opportunity to explore our world of media.”
I’ve thought about it too much and now I can’t decide which one sounds better.

provides them the opportunity
The verb ‘provide’ takes the preposition ‘with’, so that should be it’s normal use. However, you can get away with omitting it, although it does read a little ungainly if you do.
There is an alternative verb that would work well in the context if you wanted to omit ‘with’, and that is ‘offer’, which would work rather well here.
