China blocks millions of websites in the name of trying to curb porn. Curbing free porn on the Internet has led to the development of another economic opportunity for Chinese entrepreneurs who use VPN services to download porn movies and then sell the pirated copies through their agents.

This practice has provided opportunities for thousands (millions?) of otherwise unemployed Chinese to get some sort of employment. Is there any lesson here that US may learn?
