Starter tip for a young entrepreneur?

I am 12 yrs old and am thinking of starting a cosmetics business. Any tips on how to start a business plan? And what questions to ask when i interview my friends when they want to help out? Any websites i could visit to make my product? Please make your answer very simple and easy for me to understand. Your answer will be greatly appreciated

A ‘service industry’ approach would be easier than a retail approach. How about offering pedicures, foot massages, manicures? The costs are lower, you’re doing hands’ on, and it’s more fun than trying to buy cosmetics at wholesale in bulk to sell at full cost.
