I have such a fantastic small business opportunity with my family. They already have a successful business and they are short staffed. I have worked there on and off since I was old enough to reach the cash register. My dad has great expectations for me to be involved. I love being involved and love the challenge and exciting nature of the business……

BUT – I just don’t enjoy the long hours and crossover that the business has with my family life. In a small business you have to put forth extra effort, you have to be willing to sacrifice things to succeed, you have to put your family second sometimes… you know, make hay when the sun shines.
