Depends on what type of business you are planning to start. I’m assuming that you know how to speak either Mandarin or Cantonese. If not, your language is a barrier. If you are planning to do something that is heavily regulated then you must navigate through the laws pertaining to your business. You will need some type of representation to at least help you get started.
