Well I would like to ask this in behalf of one of my friends and his family. Please only good answers or send me private messages as well.

Well my friend and his family, or just his parents and him are immigrants. They are not the usual illegal immigrants, they came to the US with a Visa and all legally. Their only mistake was to stay here and not get out and come back in and renew their permit. My friends mom works as an Accountant in a company, she is a professional and my friends Dad works as a Import/Export Manager in the same company. My friend is a young entrepreneur, and his family and him are good people, only they have that problem of being illegal and not having access to everything other people do. They have a social security # on their names (you must know how they have one, so don’t ask). In fact they just even file bankruptcy, so they are real proof that anything is possible and papers don’t matter. They are good citizens and business owners. Now they want to acquire a Drivers License (Legally or Illegally). The reason why I say this is because they live in California, but I know there are about 2-3 states that issue Legit Driving Licenses to immigrants, one of them that I know for sure is Washington. But as you know California doesn’t do that anymore. Now I need some Tips, Advice, Legal Advice to how they can acquire a Drivers License or ID from California or any state, specifically California. I know there are people that work on the DMV that you can pay them an amount and they will put you in the system. Or also there is the good old method of getting a fake License. Or finally to get a license from another state. Either way, any Answer or Advice is more than welcome. I will gladly compensate anyone that helps and answers this matter.
